b. Non-Personal Information

• Usage Data: We use third-party analytics services (e.g., Google Analytics) that collect aggregated usage information such as pages/screens viewed, time on page, navigation paths, and referring sources through cookies, device identifiers, or similar technologies.
• Interaction Data: Actions such as liking, favoriting, or sharing home listings are collected to power your saved homes and to provide builders with aggregated, anonymous engagement metrics.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Authenticate your identity and provide account access.
• Enable and support features such as saving homes to your account.
• Deliver your messages and inquiries to the relevant home builder.
• Operate, maintain, improve, and personalize the Services.
• Monitor usage and analyze trends through third-party analytics services.
• Provide builders with aggregated, anonymous engagement data about their listings.
• Communicate with you regarding your account, updates, and Service notifications.

We use third-party analytics services (such as Google Analytics) to help us understand how users interact with the Services and to improve user experience. • Home Builders: When you send a message or inquiry through the platform, your email address and message content are shared with the builder so they can respond to you directly.
• Service Providers: Vendors who perform services on our behalf (e.g., analytics, hosting, customer support) and are bound to protect your information.
• Legal Requirements: When required to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

5. Payment Processing

Certain features of the Services involve payment transactions processed by Stripe, Inc. When you make a payment, your payment card details, billing address, and related financial information are collected and processed directly by Stripe. We do not store your full card number or bank account details on our servers. Stripe's collection and use of your information is governed by their own Privacy Policy.

6. CCPA Privacy Rights (California Residents)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) provides you with the following rights:
